Comp Checks

We frequently receive requests for comp checks from mortgage brokers or lenders.  USPAP and Florida State Law does not allow us to honor these requests. 

While less accurate than a Certified Appraisal, we have found that the four web sites listed below can provide a good estimate of a home's worth.  Not only is it free, but these companies provide a list of sold comparables ... frequently the same sold comps we would use.  While not an appraisal, these web sites should be helpful to you in determining value.
